Reason - In order to prevent the establishment of residential caravans in the open countryside when there is no demonstrated need for them to be sited there.
The caravans shall be removed from the holding known as Spring Hill Farm when they are no longer required to accommodate temporary workers on the farm.
Reason - In order to preserve the open and rural character of the surrounding landscape.
