This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The works to which this consent relates must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of the grant of this consent.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 18 (1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

  2. Prior to any building works being first commenced, detailed drawing of the proposed alteration of the tie to the trussed cross frame shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

    Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained in accordance with CB11.

  3. Prior to any building works being first commenced, details of the proposed new framing/repairs, using traditional methods with pegged mortice and tenon joints, as well as details of method of infilling panels, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

    Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy CB11 of the Adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (January 1998) and Policy ENV15 of the Wychavon District Local Plan Review First Deposit (June 2002).
