The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The permission shall relate to the originally submitted plans and to the amended plans received on 17th April 2003.
Reason - To define the permission.
No development shall take place until samples of the materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the fence brick piers and gates hereby permitted have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.
Public Bridleway No14 in Hampton Lovett runs adjacent to the site. The proposed fencing must not encroach the line of the bridleway.
Reason - To define the permission and in the interests of the users of the bridleway.
No disturbance of, or change to, the surface of the path or part thereof should be carried out without the written consent of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason - To define the permission and in the intents of the users of the bridleway.
During the construction of the fence building materials must not be stored on the right of way.
Reason - To prevent the right of way being disrupted.
