The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The permission shall relate to the originally submitted plan(s) and to the amended plans received on 20 May 2003.
Reason - To define the permission.
The bricks to be used in the construction of the facing brickwork of the conservatory hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building.
Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.
Any excess material or arisings as a result of the construction of the new conservatory are to be disposed outside of the floodplain as defined by the enclosed plan.
Reason - To ensure no further loss in floodplain storage or interruption to flood flows.
