The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, as amended, or any subsequent Order revoking or re-enacting that Order, nothing in Article 3 and Schedule 2 to that Order shall operate so as to permit any development specified in Part 1, A-H of the said schedule and no such development shall be carried out at any time without an express grant of planning permission under Part III of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Reason - In order to prevent the erection of extensions to the building so as to maintain its character and form which justified the dwelling in an area of countryside where new dwellings are not normally acceptable. To ensure a satisfactory form of conversion in the interests of visual ameity and to safeguard the historic integrity of the building.
Details of the means of construction and the materials to be used in the farm access track including a cross-section shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any work on site is begun.
