The proposed extension to Happylands farmhouse, the occupation of which is subject to an agricultural restriction, would create a size of dwelling which would be difficult to sustain in the long term on an agricultural income. This could lead to pressure to have the restriction removed. The proposal is therefore contrary to policy D10 in the Worcestershire County Structure Plan, policy AG8 in the Wychavon District Local Plan and policy COM8 in the Wychavon District Local Plan Review First Deposit.
