This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Prior to any building works being first commenced, samples of the natural stone walling shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The stone thus approved shall be laid in coursing to match that of the existing walls. All pointing shall be in lime putty bagged flush with the face of the stone.
Reason: To ensure the historic and architectural character and appearance of the conservation area is properly preserved or enhanced, in accordance with Policies CB3 and CB4 of the Adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (January 1998) and Policy ENV13 of the Wychavon District Local Plan Review First Deposit (June 2002).
The two trees demarcated by a broken line on the approved site plan received on 2nd April 2003 shall be retained and shall not be lopped, topped, felled, uprooted, have their roots cut or be destroyed without the previous written consent of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason - To safeguard and enhance the visual amenities of the area.
