This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The permission shall relate to the originally submitted plans and to the amended western elevation plan received on 22nd April 2003.
Reason - To define the permission.
The materials shown on the approved plan shall be used and no others substituted without the approval, in writing, of the Local Planning Authority before work on the site commences.
Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.
Notwithstanding 3 above prior to any building works being first commenced, samples of the natural stone walling shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The stone thus approved shall be laid in coursing to match of the existing walls. All pointing shall be in lime putty bagged flush with the face of the stone.
Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy CB11 of the Adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (January 1998) and Policy ENV15 of the Wychavon District Local Plan Review First Deposit (June 2002).
