This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

  2. The permission shall relate to the originally submitted plan(s) and to the amended plans received on 14th May 2003.

    Reason - To define the permission.

  3. Prior to any building works being first commenced, detailed drawings of the proposed window(s) showing design, sections through glazing bars and/or mullions, method of opening, finish and depth of external reveal, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

    Reason - To refelect the architectural and historic quality of the host agricultural building, known as 'The Granary' and to ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.

  4. Prior to any building works being first commenced, detailed drawings (at a scale of not less than 1:20) of the proposed dormer window(s) showing design, construction, dimensions, all external finishes, sections through glazing bars and/or mullions, and method of opening, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

    Reason - To reflect the architectural and historic quality of the host agricultural building, known as 'The Granary' and to ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.

  5. Prior to any building works being first commenced, detailed drawings of the proposed rooflight(s) showing design, materials and profile shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before fixing in place and shall be fitted so that it is flush with the outer plane of the roof slope.

    Reason - To reflect the architectural and historic quality of the host agricultural building, known as 'The Granary' and to ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.
