  1. The lights hereby approved shall be switched on during opening hours only.

    Reason - To preserve the amenities of the locality.

  2. Notwithstanding the details on the approved plans the 'Starlite' Delineation Lighting System shall be deleted from the approved scheme.

    Reason In order to protect the visual amenities of the area.

  3. The proposed pole sign shall be located on the applicants own land and no part of this sign shall overhang the public highway. The precise position of the pole sign shall be agreed on site with the Local Planning Authority in consultation with the Highway Authority.

    Reason - In the interests of highway safety.

  4. The proposed lighting shall be directed away from the public highway and no such light source shall be visible from outside the extremities of the application site.
