The works to which this consent relates must be begun not later than the expiration of 5 years beginning with the date of the grant of this consent.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 18 (1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Details of the form, colour and finish of the materials to be used externally on the walls and roofs shall be subject to the approval, in writing, of the Local Planning Authority before any work on the site commences.
Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.
Prior to the development hereby being first occupied, the first floor windows on the north and east elevations shall be permanently glazed with obscure glass and shall be non-opening. The patent rooflight on the east elevation shall be treated in the same manner.
Reason - To preserve the amenities of the locality.
Details of the form, construction and finish of the patent rooflights shall be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority before they are inserted in the roof.
Reason - In order to ensure that the overall appearance of the development is satisfactory.
The development hereby permitted shall not be brought into use until an area has been properly laid out, consolidated, surfaced, drained and the spaces demarcated on the ground within the application site for the parking of nine cars and for cars to turn so that they may enter and leave the site in forward gear. This area shall thereafter be retained kept available for those uses at all times.
Reason - To minimise the likelihood of indiscriminate parking in the interests of highway safety.
Before any other works hereby approved are commenced, the construction of the vehicular access shall be carried out in accordance with a specification to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, at a gradient not steeper than 1 in 12.
