The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extensions hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building.
Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.
There is a public sewer which crosses the site. No building shall be erected or trees planted within five metres of this sewer. The applicant may wish to apply to Severn Trent Water Ltd to divert the sewer in accordance with Section 185 of the Water Industry Act 1991.
Reason - To maintain essential access for maintenance, repair, renewal and to protect the structural integrity of the public sewerage system.
