This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

  2. Prior to any building works being first commenced, detailed drawings (at a scale of not less than 1:20) of the proposed dormer window(s) showing design, construction, dimensions, all external finishes, sections through glazing bars and/or mullions, and method of opening, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

    Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy CB11 of the Adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (January 1998) and Policy ENV15 of the Wychavon District Local Plan Review Revised Deposit (July 2003).
