Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 18 (1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
The permission shall relate to the originally submitted plan(s) and to the amended plans received on 02 July 2003

Reason - To define the permission.
Prior to any building works being first commenced, full details of the proposed staircase including the balustrade and handrails shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy CB11 of the Adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (January 1998) and Policy ENV15 of the Wychavon District Local Plan Review First Deposit (June 2002).
