This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

  2. The permission shall relate to the originally submitted plan(s) and to the amended plans received on 5th June 2003.

    Reason - To define the permission.

  3. The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building.

    Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.

  4. The window at first floor to the side elevation, to serve the en-suite bathroom, shall be obscure glazed and shall remain obscure glazed at all times.

    Reason - In the interests of the amenities of the neighbouring property

  5. Notwithstanding the provisions of any Town and Country Planning General Permitted development order no windows or other openings shall be inserted within the side elevation of the extension hereby approved.

    Reason - In the interests of the amenities of the neighbouring property.

  6. The garage hereby approved shall only be used for the domestic storage purposes incidental to the domestic use of the dwelling and shall not be used for commercial or business purposes or converted into habitable accommodation.

    Reason - In order to prevent the overdevelopment of the site and to protect the amenities of the area.
