This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building.
Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.
The first floor rear bathroom window on the north elevation shall in the first instance and on any subsequent occasion be obscurely glazed and thereafter permanently retained unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason - To preserve the amenities of adjoining properties.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, as amended, or any subsequent Order revoking or renacting that Order, no further windows shall be inserted in the west elevation of the extension hereby approved without an express grant of planning permission under Part III of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Reason - To preserve the anmenities of adjoining properties.
The development hereby permitted shall not be brought into use until the access, turning area and parking facilities shown on the approved plan have been properly consolidated, surfaced, drained and otherwise constructed in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and these areas shall thereafter be retained and kept available for those uses at all times.
Reason - In the interests of highway safety and to ensure the free flow of traffic using the adjoining highway.
