The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Notwithstanding what is shown on the approved drawings received on 24th April 2003, the existing 1.80m high screen fence and wall along the boundary with No.20 Allardene shall be retained and maintained unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
Reason - In the interests of safeguarding the residential amenity of the adjoining occupiers.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, or any Order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification, the four high level windows above the brickwork on the side elevation (facing No.20 Allardene) shall be permanently formed as a fixed light with obscure glazing unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
