This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

  2. Details of the form, colour and finish of the materials to be used externally on the walls and roofs shall be subject to the approval, in writing, of the Local Planning Authority before any work on the site commences.

    Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.

  3. The hereby approved development shall only be used as a commercial work shop for the maintenance of vehicles operated by the applicant and for no other purpose whatsoever.

    Reason - In the interests of safeguarding the amenities of the area.

  4. There shall be no open storage of materials or equipment on the site. Any waste materials shall be kept in suitable containers and in positions on the site all as agreed, in writing, by the Local Planning Authority. These details shall be submitted and approved before the development hereby permitted is first commenced.

    Reason - To preserve the amenities of the locality.
