This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

  2. The permission shall relate to the originally submitted plan(s) and to the amended floor plans, elevations and block plan received on 16/06/03.

    Reason - To define the permission.

  3. The materials shown on the approved plan shall be used and no others substituted without the approval, in writing, of the Local Planning Authority before work on the site commences.

    Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.

  4. The shiplap cladding to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the building hereby approved shall be dark stained in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved, in writing, by the Local Planning Authority.

    Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.

  5. The stable(s) hereby approved shall only be used privately, and shall not be used for any trade, business or equestrian enterprise whatsoever.

    Reason - To preserve the amenities of the locality.

  6. There shall be no flood lighting or other means of artificial illumination erected on or around the building hereby approved.

    Reason - To preserve the visual amenities of the locality and the character of the Green Belt.

  7. There shall be no more than two equine animals on the site at any one time.

    Reason - To prevent over grazing of the land in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
