The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The exterior of the generator hereby approved shall be finished in a colour to match as closely as possible the colour of the cladding on the existing building.
Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.
Noise emanating from the fans and compressor shall be controlled such that the difference between the background level and the rating level, when assessed in accordance with BS4142:1997 'Method for Rating Industrial Noise Affecting Mixed Residential and Industrial Areas' is no greater than +10dB during the hours of 07.00 to 19.00 and +5dB during the hours 19.00 to 07.00. The measurement shall be made at the most affected facade of the nearest noise.
