The first floor bedroom windows in the side (east) elevation of the extension hereby approved shall be obscure glazed and fixed fitting, and shall remain as such in perpetuity. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, or as subsequently amended, no further openings shall be inserted at first floor level into the side elevation, without the prior approval of the Local Planning Authority to an application on that behalf.
