This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

  2. The colour of the staining of the boarding shall be subject to the approval in writing of the Local Planning Authority before any work on site commences and shall be retained as such hereafter.

    Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.

  3. The materials shown on the approved plan shall be used and no others substituted without the approval, in writing, of the Local Planning Authority before work on the site commences.

    Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.

  4. The development, hereby permitted, shall be used solely for storage purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling house and for no other purpose.

    Reason - To retain planning control over the use of the building hereby approved.

  5. The adjacent existing trees and hedges on site unless otherwise indicated on the approved plan to be removed, shall be retained and shall not be felled, topped or lopped or otherwise removed without the previous written consent of the Local Planning Authority.

    Reason - To preserve the amenities of the locality.
