No development shall take place until samples of the materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the dwelling hereby permitted have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason - Details shown on the drawings are not satisfactory.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, as amended, nothing in Article 3 and Schedule 2 to that order shall operate so as to permit any development specified in Part 1, Classes A,B,C & D of the said schedule and no such development shall be carried out at any time without an express grant of planning permission under Part III of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Reason - In order that the Local Planning Authority can gain control over the development and preserve the amenities of the adjoining properties.
