The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The permission shall relate to the originally submitted plan(s) and to the amended plans received on 11th August 2003.
Reason - To define the permission.
Samples of the roof tiles shall be subject to the approval, in writing, of the Local Planning Authority before work commences.
Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.
The garage hereby approved shall only be used for the domestic storage purposes incidental to the domestic used of the dwelling and shall not be used for commercial or business purposes or converted into habitable accommodation.
Reason - In order to ensure that garage accommodation remains available for the residential property and to restrict pressure for additional or alternative garaging in new buildings.
The extension and garage hereby approved shall be rendered and painted to match the existing dwelling.
Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials which harmonise satisfactory with the existing building.
