  2. The stable building hereby approved shall be constructed in the materials specified on the approved plan unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. In addition, the timber shiplap boarding shall be stained in a colour to be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority before the development hereby approved is commenced.

    Reason - To ensure the development is visually satisfactory.

  3. The stables hereby approved shall be used for domestic purposes only.

    Reason - To preserve the amenities of the locality.
