The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The stable building hereby approved shall be constructed in the materials specified on the approved plan unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. In addition, the timber shiplap boarding shall be stained in a colour to be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority before the development hereby approved is commenced.
Reason - To ensure the development is visually satisfactory.
The stables hereby approved shall be used for domestic purposes only.
Reason - To preserve the amenities of the locality.
