The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.

The permission shall relate to the originally submitted plan(s) and to the amended floor plans and elevations received on 3rd July 2003.
Reason - To define the permission.
The first floor bathroom window on the south facing roofslope shall be permanently obscure glazed.
Reason - To preserve the amenities of adjoining properties.
The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension and garage hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building.
Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.
