The proposal is therefore contrary to policies CTC1, D8 and D14 in Worcestershire County Structure Plan, policies BC1 and H15 in the Wychavon District Local Plan and policies ENV1 and COM4 in the Wychavon District Local Plan Revised Deposit.

  2. Insufficient information has been submitted with the application to ensure that an adequate and safe access can be provided to serve the development.
