This decision is subject to the following conditions:

1. The proposed development is contrary to policy D10 of the approved Worcestershire County Structure Plan, Policies BC1 and H9 of the adopted Wychavon District Local Plan and policy GD1 of the Wychavon District Local Plan Review - First Deposit. These policies seek to protect the undeveloped character of the countryside from further isolated and scattered development and to direct development to sustainable locations. It is not considered the personal circumstances in this case are so exceptional as to justify overriding these established policies.

2. Granting planning permission for the proposed development would create a precedent and make it difficult for the Local Planning Authority to resist further inappropriate development in the area.
