This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

  2. The permission shall relate to the originally submitted plan(s) and to the amended plans received on 10th July 2003.

    Reason - To define the permission.

  3. Notwithstanding the details submitted, no development shall take place until samples of the materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the new dormers and the porch hereby permitted have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

    Reason - Details shown on the drawings are not satisfactory.

  4. The development, hereby permitted, shall be used solely for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling house and for no other purpose.

    Reason - To retain planning control over the use of the building hereby approved.

  5. The development hereby permitted shall not be brought into use until the turning area and parking facilities shown on the approved plan has been properly consolidated, surfaced, drained & otherwise constructed in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority & ........... areas shall thereafter be retained & kept available for those uses at all times.

    Reason- In the interests of highway safety and to ensure the free flow of traffic using the adjoining highway.
