The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extensions and plinth of the conservatory hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building.
Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.
The guest annex hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as Bradley Lodge.
Reason - To preserve the amenities of the locality.
