The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987, as amended, or any Order revoking and re-enacting that Order, goods retailed from the farm produce centre as extended shall constitute locally grown produce over not less than sixty percent of the net retail floor area and non local produce over not more than forty percent of the net retail floor area.
Reason - The side occupies an out-of-centre location where it is the policy to strictly control retail uses in the interests of safeguarding the viability and vitality of designated shopping centres, in this case, Evesham Town Centre.
