The sign hoarding hereby permitted shall be removed within 6 months from the date of this consent, or on the first occupation of the adjacent buidling whichever is the sooner.

The proposed sign shall be erected on the applicant's own land and no part of the sign shall encroach into or overhang the public highway.
Reason - In order to prevent an obstruction in the public highway.
Notwithstanding the details shown on the 1:1250 scale location plan submitted, the exact location of the sign hoarding hereby approved shall be agreed with the Local Planning Authority before it is first erected.
Reason - In order to preserve the amenities of the area and minimise the visual intrusion of the sign.
