Before the development hereby approved is commenced details of the precise form, colour and finish of the tubular steel palisade fencing and gates shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason - to ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.
Before the development hereby approved is commenced details of a hedged screen to be planted immediately to the rear of the front section of wall shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The hedged screen so approved shall be planted before the development hereby approved is commenced and shall be retained thereafter.
Reason - to ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.
Any work involving the removal or disturbance of ground or structures supporting or abutting the publicly maintained highway should be carried out in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Highway Authority.
Reason - In the interests of hoghway safety.
