  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

  2. The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building.

    Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.

  3. Notwithstanding the provisions of any Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order, no windows or other openings shall be inserted within the side elevations of the first floor extension hereby approved unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

    Reason - In the interests of the amenities of the neighbouring properties.
