This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

  2. The "Rating Level" of noise from the premises shall not increase the existing background noise level by more than 5dB between 07.00 and 23.00 hours Monday to Friday and 07.00 and 13.00 hours on a Saturday and shall not increase the existing background sound level at any other time. The noise level shall be determined at a point one metre in front of the most affected facade of any noise sensitive premises. The measurements and assessments shall be made in accordance with BS4142:1997.

    Reason - To preserve the amenities of the locality and nearby residential properties.

  3. A scheme of sound attenuation of noise from the premises shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The approved sound attenuation scheme shall be carried out before the use of the premises commences.
