This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

  2. The permission shall relate to the originally submitted plan(s) and to the amended plans received on 8th July 2003.

    Reason - To define the permission.

  3. The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extensions hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building.

    Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.

  4. The development hereby permitted shall not be brought into use until the parking facilities shown on the approved plan have been properly consolidated surfaced, drained and otherwise constructed in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and this area shall thereafter be retained and kept available for the parking of vehicles at all times.

  5. The development, hereby permitted, shall be used solely for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling house and for no other purpose.

    Reason - To retain planning control over the use of the building hereby approved.
