This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

  2. The permission shall relate to the originally submitted plans and to the amended plans received on 10th July 2003 and 28 August 2003.

    Reason - To define the permission.

  3. The shiplap boarding hereby approved for the construction of the stables shall be stained dark brown in colour.

    Reason - In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.

  4. All existing trees and hedges on site unless otherwise indicated on the approved plan to be removed, shall be retained and shall not be felled, or otherwise removed without the previous written consent of the Local Planning Authority.

    Reason - To preserve the amenities of the locality.

  5. The proposed landscaping as shown on the plans submitted 28 August 2003, and hereby approved, shall be planted in the first available planting season from the date that the stables hereby approved are completed. If any of the planting were to die within 5 years of the date of planting it shall be replanted with the same species to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.

    Reason - In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.

  6. There shall be no more than 4 horses kept on the land at any one time unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

    Reason - To prevent overgrazing of the site in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.

  7. There shall be no burning of manure or bedding from the stables on the site.

    Reason - In the interests of the amenities of the surrounding properties.

  8. The stables hereby approved shall only be used privately, and shall not be used for any trade, business or equestrian enterprise whatsoever.

    Reason - To preserve the amenities of the locality.
