The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The permission shall relate to the originally submitted plan(s) and to the amended plans received on 18th June 2003.
Reason - To define the permission.
The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building.
Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.
The first floor bathroom/en-suite window on the north elevation shall in the first instance and on any subsequent occasion be obscurely glazed and thereafter permanently retained unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
Reason - To preserve the amenities of adjoining properties.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, as amended, or any subsequent Order revoking or re-enacting that Order, no further windows shall be inserted in the first floor north and south elevations of the extension hereby approved without an express grant of planning permission under Part III o the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
