The works to which this consent relates must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of the grant of this consent.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 18 (1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
The demolition of the buildings hereby approved shall be carried out only in accordance with the implementation of planning permission W/03/1070/PN.
Reason - To safeguard the integrity of the Conservation Area and the setting of the adjacent Listed Buildings.
No development shall take place within the area indicated (this would be the area of archaeological interest) until the applicants, or their agents or successors in title, has secured the implementation of a programme of archaeological work in accordance with a written scheme of investigation which has been submitted by the applicant and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason - To protect archaeological interest on the site.
