This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Notwithstanding details on the approved plans, the form, colour and finish of the materials to be used externally on the walls and roofs shall be subject to the approval, in writing, of the Local Planning Authority before any work on the site commences.
Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.
The dormer window on the south elevation and the ground floor window on the east elevation shall be permanently obscure glazed.
Reason - To preserve the amenities of adjoining properties.
The garage hereby approved shall only be used for the domestic storage purposes incidental to the domestic use of the dwelling and shall not be used for commercial or business purposes or converted into habitable accommodation.
Reason - In order to prevent the overdevelopment of the site and to protect the amenities of the area.
