This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

  2. Prior to any building works being first commenced, detailed drawings of the proposed rooflights showing design, materials and profile shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before fixing in place and shall be fitted so that they are flush with the outer plane of the roof slope.

    Reason - To ensure the historic and architectural character and appearance of the conservation area is properly preserved or enhanced, in accordance with Policies CB3 and CB4 of the Adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (January 1998) and Policy ENV13 of the Wychavon District Local Plan Review Second Deposit (July 2003).

  3. The rooflight to be inserted in the south-east side elevation hereby approved shall be obscure glazed and retained in that form.

    Reason - To prevent overlooking of the rear garden of the adjacent property known as 'Vine Cottage'.
