The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Before the development hereby approved is commenced details of the means of surface treatment of the access road to the facility and of the external materials of the valve chamber shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.
No development shall take place which obstructs the existing public right of way crossing the application site until an Order has been made for it to be diverted or stopped up.
Reason - To ensure the public right of way is not obstructed.
The permission shall relate to the amended plan(s) dated 24th July 2003 and no other.
Reason - To define the permission.
Before the development hereby approved is commenced details of the means of opening at point 'A' of footpath No.6 as shown on drawing number 5109 - c107 04 shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason - In order to maintain the footpath in a satisfactory condition.
