This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building.
Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, as amended, nothing in Article 3 and Schedule 2 to that order shall operate so as to permit any development specified in Part 1, Class E & Part 2, Class A of the said schedule and no such development shall be carried out at any time without an express grant of planning permission under Part III of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Reason - In order that the Local Planning Authority can gain control over the development and preserve the amenities of the adjoining properties.
