The materials shown on the approved plan shall be used and no others substituted without the approval, in writing, of the Local Planning Authority before work on the site commences.
Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.
The development hereby permitted shall not recommence until drainage works for the disposal of both surface water and foul sewage have been carried out in accordance with details to be submitted and approved by the Local Planning Authority in writing.
Reason - There are no public foul/surface water sewers available within the vicinity of the site to serve this development.
The building hereby approved shall be used solely for agricultural purposes and not for any other commercial/industrial use. Nor shall this building be used for any residential purpose, including for residential storage, the storage of a caravan/mobile home or general storage without the prior written permission of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason - In order to define the permission.
The development hereby permitted shall be implemented and the building used, only in lieu of, and not in addition to planning permission granted by decision number W/00/1044 granted on 21st September 2000, except in respect of the stable buildings already constructed.
Reason - To prevent overdevelopment of the site.
