  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

  2. The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building.

    Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.

  3. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, or any Order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification, no windows shall be formed in the south facing side elevation of the extension hereby approved.

    Reason - In the interests of safeguarding the residential amenities of neighbouring occupiers.
