This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

  2. The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building.

    Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.

  3. Before the extension is first occupied the internal layout of the property shall be laid out and thereafter permanently retained as shown on the approved plan (drawing no.106-PL-004), unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.

    Reason - To ensure that the annex remains an integral part of the dwelling house and does not become severed from the main dwelling in an area of open countryside where new dwellings would not be permitted.

  4. The extension hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as Winnells Farm, Church Lane, Norton, Worcestershire.

    Reason - To ensure that the annex remains an integral part of the dwelling house and does not become severed from the main dwelling in an area of open countryside where new dwellings would not be permitted.
