This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The proposed development would, by virtue of its excessive scale, bulk and design, be out of keeping with the character and appearance of both the dwelling itself and the prevailing pattern of development established locally and would be harmful to local visual amenity. The proposed development would thereby be contrary to the aims and objectives of Policies GD2, SUR1A and SUR9 of the Wychavon District Local Plan Review ( Revised Deposit).

  2. The development would be likely to harm the amenities of nearby residential properties by reason of overlooking of the adjacent dwellings "Fiesole" and "Peace and Plenty" from the proposed first floor windows proposed in the side elevations of the proposed extensions. The proposed development would thereby be contrary to the aims and objectives of Policies GD2 and SUR9 of the Wychavon District Local Plan Review (Revised Deposit).
