1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
   
   Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

2. Details of the lime putty mortar and the repointing style to be used shall be the subject of approval in writing from the Local Planning Authority before any work commences.
   
   Reason - To ensure the special historical and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policies ENV13 and ENV15 of the Wychavon District Local Plan Revised Deposit.

3. Details of any replacement bricks to be used externally shall be subject to approval in writing of the Local Planning Authority before any work commences.
