  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

  2. The proposed render to be used in construction of the walls of the hereby approved conservatory shall match that used in construction of the dwelling house in colour and in texture.

    Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.

  3. Notwithstanding what is shown on the approved drawings, the windows on the side walls of the conservatory shall be permanently formed fixed lights with obscure glass.

    Reason - To preserve the amenities of the adjoining properties.
