The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Samples of the external walls and roof materials shall be subject to the approval, in writing, of the Local Planning Authority before any work on the site commences.
Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.
Following completion of the building operations for which consent is hereby granted, all 'making good' of the site of the demolished buildings shall be carried out in materials which match those used in the immediate locality to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason - To ensure the historic and architectural interest of the conservation area is properly maintained, in accordance with Policies CB1A and CB3 of the Wychavon Local Plan.
